PARISH NEWS—WIADOMOSCI PARAFIALNE

 

■  In the month of November we will hold nine Masses for All Souls. You can write the names of the deceased friends and relatives on special All Souls envelopes which were mailed to you and which are also available in Church. Please return the envelopes with the names by putting them in a collection basket or mailing them to the rectory.

■ W miesiacu listopadzie odbedzie sie 9 Mszy za Wszystkich Zmarlych. Prosimy o wpisywanie intencji na specjalnych kopertach “All Souls”, ktore otrzymaliscie panstwo poczta, i ktore dostepne sa w Kosciele. Prosimy o zwrot kopert poprzez wrzucenie ich do kosza na ofiare podczas Mszy Sw. lub poczta.

■ The annual All Soul’s Day Mass at St. Joseph’s Cemetery will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at  1 p.m. (weather permitting).   Plan to attend this beautiful outdoor tradition in memory of all deceased parishioners.

■ Doroczna Msza z okazji Dnia Wszystkich Swietych odbedzie sie jak zwykle na cmentarzu w niedziele, 6 listopada, 2011 o godzinie 13:00 (przy sprzyjajacych warunkach pogodowych). Prosimy wszystkich o to, aby uczestniczyli w tej pieknej tradycji poswieconej pamieci wszystkich zmarlych parafian. 

■ Saint Joseph’s Remembrance Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.  This special Mass remembers all the parishioners who died and were buried from our Church in the past year.  Family members received  invitation letters, but all are welcome to attend. All are invited for coffee and cake in the lower parish hall after the Remembrance Mass. Mass cards will be available after the Mass so you can order a Mass for your beloved one.

■ Nabozenstwo za zmarlych z naszej parafii w roku 2011 odbedzie sie w niedziele, 6 listopada, 2011 o godzinie  10:30.  Remembrance Mass poswiecona jest pamieci wszystkich parafian, ktorzy odeszli  i pochowani zostali przy naszym kosciele w 2011 roku. Czlonkowie rodzin dostali listowne zaproszenia do uczestnictwa w tym nabozenstwie, ale oczywiscie zapraszamy wszystkich chetnych do uczestnictwa. Po Mszy serdecznie wszystkich zapraszamy na kawe i ciastka w holu parafialnym. W tym dniu bedzie mozna zamowic Msze za swoich bliskich.

■ On All Saints Day, Tues, Nov 1st, there will be a morning Mass at 9 o’clock in a Chapel.

■ W dniu Wszystkich Swietych, wtorek, 1 listopada odbedzie sie poranna Msza Sw. o godz. 9-ej w Kaplicy.

■ Parish Council & Restoration Committee Meeting is scheduled for Nov. 3, 2011 (Thursday) at 7 PM in a Senior Center.

■ Rada Parafialna oraz Komitet Restauracyjny Kosciola spotykaja sie w dniu 3-ego listopada (czwartek) o godz. 19.00 w Senior Center.

■ On First Friday November 4th, we will be reciting the Sacred Heart Litany after Mass at 9:00 with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

■  W Pierwszy piatek  4-ego listopada nastapi  wystawienie Najswietszego Sakramentu oraz odmowienie Litanii do Najswietszego Serca Jezusowego.

■ Rosary will be recited before the High Mass on 11/06/2011.

■ Rozaniec bedzie odmawiany przed Msza Sw. o godz. 10:30 w dniu 6-ego listopada.

The Sacred Heart Society is sponsoring the Holiday Shopping Spree Raffle for chances to win a Visa Gift Card.  1st Prize - $200; 2nd Prize - $150; and 3rd Prize - $100.  Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5 and will be available after Masses. The drawing will be held on November 20, 2011 after the 10:30 Mass.  Please consider taking a few extra tickets to distribute with other family members, friends and co-workers.  Proceeds will be used to help support the restoration of the church.

CHRISTMAS CARDS

Saint Joseph's History Society is offering Christmas cards with a photograph of the beautifully decorated altar for sending holiday wishes.  The cards are priced at $3.00 each and are available after 10:30 Mass on Sundays and also at the Rectory.  You may also call Susan at 856-547-8583.   Proceeds will be used for preservation and restoration activities of St. Joseph's Church.
