THE HOLY FAMILY OF JESUS, MARY
& JOSEPH
FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK
As we are on the threshold of a New York---2008---our
hearts should be filled with hope and love, knowing that we are not alone, for
God “Emmanuel” is with us. I pray that
this New Year will be a year filled with much Health and Happiness and God’s
Special Blessing. Together, let us pray
that the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, whose feast we celebrate this
weekend, will continue to bless us and our families today, tomorrow and
throughout 2008!!

St. Joseph’s Fund Raising Appeal – thus far we’ve collected $659,062.05 in pledges and cash
donations
from 888 donors. Your
financial support for this project has been overwhelming.
The beautiful memorial Restoration Plaque listing the names of
people donating $1000 or more on “in loving
memory” is now in
place. At our Christmas Midnight Mass
we officially dedicated and lighted our plaque and
had a prayer of blessing upon all those who have donated so
generously to our church restoration appeal.
There are only a few spots still open on our plaque.
