Sunday June 19th, we will celebrate that special day of Father’s Day. If you wish to remember, at all the Masses that weekend, a living or deceased Father, there are special envelopes available in your monthly envelope packages. Please  fill in name of person to be remembered and return them before Father’s Day in a collection basket or by mail.

 

House of Charity Bishop’s Appeal

House of Charity Bishop’s Appeal is going on now. Meeting our goal for the House of Charity is a sure way to show the Diocese that St. Joseph's remains an active and responsive parish. It is important that we reach our goal of $13,000.  In the end your generosity to this appeal is really a way to show your proud support of this church. House of Charity cards are located at the side doors as well as in the rear of the church. Please be as generous as you can, and remember - if we meet our goal, ten percent is returned to our parish. You can drop your House of Charity donation in the collection basket, or mail it to the rectory. So far we have collected $7,500.00. Thank you.

 

Trwa akcja zbiorki funduszy dla najbardziej potrzebujaych z naszej Diecezji – House of Charity. Nasz cel w tym roku to $13,000. Przypominamy, iz poprzez zebranie tych funduszy pokazujemy Diecezji i Biskupowi, iz nasza parafia troszczy sie i dba o to, aby osiagac cele wyznaczone przez Diecezje i aktywnie uczestniczy w zyciu Diecezji. W rzeczywistosci, wasza hojnosc na ten cel odzwierciedla  wasze wsparcie naszego Kosciola. Karty, ktore potrzebne sa do wsparcia tego celu znajduja sie przy drzwiach Kosciola. Prosimy o to, abyscie wykazali sie hojnoscia  i przypominamy, ze jezeli uda sie nam zebrac wymagane $13,000, 10% zostanie zwrocone naszej parafii. Do tej pory zebralismy $7,500.00. Dziekujemy.

 

400 CLUB 50/50 RAFFLE

Please support our 400 Club Raffle. It is the only fundraiser we have during the entire year so we truly count on your support. If you know of anyone  who has a love of St. Joseph’s and lives outside the community please take a copy of a raffle sheet available at the church doors and pass it on to such a person. Raffle flyers are available in the church. Tickets are $50 each. Please support this important fundraiser for our parish. $10,000 in prize money will be awarded if all 400 tickets are sold. The drawing will be held on June 19th. Thank you for trying to make this fundraiser a success.

 

Rozpoczela sie loteria parafialna na rzecz wsparcia naszego Kosciola. Bilety sa w cenie $50 calkowita pula nagrod to 10,000  a glowna nagroda wynosi az $4,000. Zachecamy panstwa do uczestnictwa.  Losowanie nagrod odbedzie sie 19-ego czerwca. Uprzejmie wszystkich prosimy o wsparcie naszej loterii parafialnej. Jest to jedyna akcja tego typu w naszej parafi w przeciagu calego roku. Jezeli znaja panstwo kogos kto jest zwiazany z naszym kosciolem a nie uczeszcza na nasze Msze prosimy bardzo  o kontakt z takimi osobami i zapytanie czy nie sa zainteresowani uczestnictwem w loterii. Dziekujemy bardzo za wszelka pomoc przy rozprowadzaniu biletow.  Formularze loteryjne dostepne sa przy drzwiach Kosciola.

 

Sunday, June 12 the Sacred Heart Society Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. for living and deceased members.  All members are requested to attend.  Installations of new members will also take place during Mass.  The yearly continental breakfast will follow along with a meeting to discuss future events. Elections of new officers will be held.  For those of you who are not members, please consider joining the Sacred Heart Society.    The Society meets only 4 times per year and participates in sponsoring different fundraisers and organizes the annual Swieconka luncheon.  Volunteering your time to do something meaningful yet beneficial for the parishioners and friends of St. Joseph's Church will make a difference in your life and others.  Please contact Susan Carr at 856-547-8583 for more information.
