We would like to remind everyone that our church has a new website. A few great features were incorporated into it.  One of them is that people who cannot come to our masses like homebound persons, those who moved out, or even our relatives abroad now are able to view our masses instantly online through live streaming. The other feature is that masses can be viewed at people’s convenience later on since they are recorded and stored on the website. The website address is www.stjosephscamdennj.org. We hope you will enjoy it.

House of Charity

As it has already been brought to your attention, a letter regarding the House of Charity campaign that our Parish sent out to all our parishioners, friends and supporters resulted in an increased number of donations towards the goal. Right now we are only $1,500 short of reaching our goal. The donations we receive are small and big, but no matter the amount, each of them brings us closer to a finish line which is $13,000.00. When we look at the data  showing funds raised by each parish up-to-date we can notice that both neighboring parishes, Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s Pro-Cathedral from Camden have already not only met but exceeded their goals! This is great news for us! It proves that we can do it too. So, let’s join in an effort to make it happen. We request of you to spread the word about this campaign. Please... tell your friends and family members how every dollar they donate towards the House of Charity can change someone’s life.  What you do is very valuable and your efforts are for the purpose of living the Gospel values of stewardship and charity. Please also remember that  ten percent of the total $13,000 is returned to our parish at the end of this campaign if we meet our goal. Every year, in spite of economic hardships that are affecting so many of our parishioners, we managed to reach our goal even though many parishes did not. Please make this year no different!  God Bless You!

Save the date!

My Chcemy Boga

My chcemy Boga

1. My chcemy Boga, Panno święta!
O, usłysz naszych wołań głos!
Miłości Bożej dźwigać pęta,
To nasza chluba, to nasz los.

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

2. My chcemy Boga w rodzin kole,
W troskach rodziców, w dziatek snach;
My chcemy Boga w książce, w szkole,
W godzinach wytchnień, w pracy dniach.

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

3.My chcemy Boga w naszym kraju
Wśród starodawnych polskich strzech,
W polskim języku i zwyczaju,
Niech Boga wielbi chrobry Lech.

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

4.My chcemy Boga w każdej chwili,
I dziś i jutro, w szczęściu, w łzach;
Czy nam się pociech niebo schyli,
Czy w gruzach legnie szczęścia gmach.

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

5. My chcemy Boga! Jego prawo
Niech będzie naszych czynów tchem!
Byśmy umieli chętnie, żwawo:
Obierać dobre, gardzić złem!

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

6. My chcemy Boga w wojsku, w sądzie
W rozkazach królów, w księgach praw
W służbie na morzu i na lądzie
Spraw to Maryjo, spraw, o spraw

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.

7. My chcemy Boga w wszelkim stanie
Boga niech wielbi szlachta, lud
Pan, czy robotnik, czy mieszczanin
Bogu niech niosą życia trud

Ref. Błogosław, słodka Pani!
Błogosław wszelki stan!
My chcemy Boga! My poddani!
On naszym Królem, On nasz Pan.
